Gianni ChiulliWorked with Jack Wood - very professional and knowledgeable - answered all my questions - installation was excellent - installers were neat, clean and courteous - solar system working nicelyReview of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Gianni Chiulli
Brandon WernerI had my solar installed in June of 2023. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. My sales rep Jack Wood was very knowledgeable and as helpful as he could be. The install crew was done with everything in about 6-7 hours in 1 day! They sent a 4 man crew and everybody had a job and knew it well. A week later they sent a final inspector from the company to meet with me to go over any questions/concerns I had and to also meet the township inspector to go over the install and train him on products used! I had 1 small concern about my panel alignment so they sent out the crew the next week to raise the corner of the panels to level them up. My only complaint would be that my production was a about 10% under the projection for the year but obviously that is why it is called a projection. Outside of those 2 things I mentioned I have had no other issues. I have done and will continue to refer anyone who asks about my system to Lumina!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Brandon Werner
Darius PhamDid my installation with Tim Cook. He help me navigate through all the installation steps. Is great and awesome. I would highly recommend him. Glad after 2 years is not as bad.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Darius Pham
charles grebe jri see all the good reviews, where are the true reviews, i got nothing these people promised, i have their solar and still get big bills from met ed, opposite of what i was told, i was told they put a bigger setup on than needed and i would get money from met ed every year for what they used but instead get bills from met ed, and forget about calling salesman, he never returns calls, wish i never dealt with these people, this month, 167.00 out of my account for lumina and 144.00 bill from met ed, more than i ever paid, single man living aloneReview of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by charles grebe jr
Ruxin ZBought a 38 panels system in 2023 August from Lumina. Their price is great with the newest solar panel in the market. We compared other companies at the beginging, but they provide less efficient and lower quality solar panels with higher price. So we went with Lumina and we are glad that we made the right choice. Christopher has been patience along the way to explanin details and our questions. We really appreciated it!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Ruxin Z
S GWorking with Sufi from Lumina Solar was an exceptional experience. Sufi's professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Sufi's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. His knowledge of solar energy and ability to tailor solutions to meet our specific needs was impressive. George KAmazing Solar Company! From the start of the process, working with the PA Team Lead Philip Jordan on sizing, design and cost, through timely and professional installation, it has been a pleasure working with Lumina Solar. The project was completed on schedule and at the estimated cost. The system is well-suited for our needs today and in the future. Throughout the project I appreciated the timely follow-up by Philip answering any questions and ensuring I was kept current from installation through Permission to Operate. I HIGHLY recommend Lumina Solar!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by George K

John CollierSo far I have had a very positive experience with Lumina. A friend had done some research and sent me his top solar prospects, with Lumina as his #1. I called several companies and Lumina stood just above the others. The salesperson, Matt D, was knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy. The design process was all done over zoom, and everything was well explained. Once I was ready to commit, everything moved along smoothly and as expected. The installation was uneventful in a good way. The permitting took a while, but they had set my expectations for that, so it wasn't a surprise. Once the panels were up and running, the monitoring software is great, and Matt continues to support me as I have questions. My panels only came online in October of 2021, so my review may change if I get any curveballs in the future, but for now, everything has been wonderful!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by John Collier
  • Regularly check mounting hardware-- tighten anything that feels loose.
  • Look for discoloration or warping on panels, indications of covert damage.
  • Watch on inverter performance metrics; sudden drops frequently hint at underlying issues.
